FieldReport ("the App") is developed by InnoTech Apps. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains how the App handles your data.

Data Collection

FieldReport is an offline-first application. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on external servers. All data you enter into the App — including client information, job reports, photos, business settings, and materials — is stored locally on your device only.

Data Storage

All app data is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. This includes:

• Client names, phone numbers, and addresses
• Job report details and descriptions
• Photos taken or selected within the App
• Materials and cost information
• Business settings (name, phone, email, logo)

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share a PDF report via email, WhatsApp, or other sharing methods.

Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not integrate with any external APIs or cloud services.

Camera and Photo Access

The App requests access to your device's camera and photo gallery solely for the purpose of attaching before and after photos to your job reports. These photos are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to any server.

PDF Generation and Sharing

PDF reports are generated locally on your device. When you choose to share a report, it is shared through your device's standard sharing functionality (email, messaging apps, etc.). We do not have access to shared reports.

In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock unlimited reports. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Google Play and are subject to Google's privacy policy. We do not collect or store any payment information.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all app data at any time by clearing the App's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
